Odd primer

I found an odd primer on my bench. Instead of three 'legs' on the anvil, it only has two. Only thing I can tell you is that it is a small size. Pistol or rifle, standard or magnum, no clue. Never seen one like this before.

Lots of them used to use the two legged anvils. Haven't seen one like that in a while, but
I suspect somebody still uses that. Have you been using any old primers?

Beats me where it came from. Never had a Magtech primer in the house. Ever.

Remington. The older Rems had the two lagged anvils, for sure in the large rifle, not sure about the smalls.

Snuffy an' Dale: Yup, y'all are right. When I saw your posts, the light came on. Somebody gave me some Rem. primers a few months back and I forgot about it. I went to the box and sure enough, daz dem!
