I don't have any I haven't used to at least cast a few test bullets. But, I have a half dozen or so that I have yet to cast then shoot. Most of those are for guns which I haven't used all my existing ammo up with. I also have a couple .429 molds I originally bought for my Vetterli but found that I needed a bullet around .420". The .429 molds I bought for that will have to wait until I scrape together the cash to get a .44 Mag. I tried to make the .429 molds work in the Vetterli but the lube grooves ended up not carrying enough lube after they got sized down.

Bunches! I go out of town to work but stay on here and do group buys, buy on swap and sell... Come home and get busy doing family stuff and don't get to it. Have sold stuff that I bought 2 years before and by the time I get to fire up the pot I'm interested in something different.

Yeah, I gotta confess that I've got a couple of "shelf queens". A year or so back, I hooked up with a guy who'd aquired a bunch of old moulds from an estate and bought four old Ohaus SCs that were literally NIB...still wrapped in cellophane and coated with factory preservative. Two, I cast regularly but the other two I just haven't got around to yet.

I've got a few I've bought but work has kept me from casting. Soon though,,,,,!

I have at least dozen from this summer. I do most of my casting for the year in the winter.

Sure. Three or four from deals too good to pass up.

I have a cruise missle mold that I have only cast about 10 boolits from. Still haven‘t gotten brass for my carcano so I dont need the boolits yet.

In the last two years I have sold/traded about 40 Lyman/Ideal molds that I had picked up here, there and everywhere over the years and never used. I'm old enough now to know I was never going to have need of them so they went away and I acquired much more useful designs, but I still need a #299152 for my 32 Colts.

I don't want to admit that I have two I don't have guns for. (I just wanted to be prepared) I also don't want to admit there are 3 or 4 more just waiting. (for what I am not quite sure)

Even more popular are molds that I bought, tried, and maybe even used for a while, then laid aside as something "better" came along. No reason to actually get rid of them though. They might grow on me again...

Me.

I haven't used the .38-200 NOE mould because I haven't been able to purchase a revolver in .38S&W yet.

I did find two boxes of .38 S&W ammo for $12 apiece though...

I have molds I haven't even looked at closely yet. Probably 25 or 30 that I've never cast. At one point I bought a master caster that came with 20 molds. Then I bought out an old guy who was moving to Florida, another 25 molds in that deal. Maybe this winter I've have a little time to myself in Maine to sort through them and sell the ones I won't ever need.

I have two--

One is a SC Lyman 41032 for my eventual .41 Magnum, (I have only wanted one for thirty some years).

The other is a DC Lee .311 Round Balll, I bought it to try my hand at making a mold for use in my rolling block in .32 Long Colt. (It was way cheaper than a set of blank mold blocks).

I used to have a boolit casting business and have quite a few no longer used moulds I do not use. I should make a list and trade them for something I do use.

I am glad that I never decided to get rid of things I did not need at the time.

Yes my home is a little crowded with stuff after 40 years. The nice thing is that now that I am retired and money is in short supply most of the stuff I will ever need is already bought and PAID for.

The big problem is where the %^*$ did I put it 10-30 years ago.

The nice thing about having to dig thru the stuff is some of the wonderful memories it brings back.

PRICELESS

Sounds just like me.

I'm sure glad I bought the stuff I did when I did. Prices are so high now I couldn't afford the things I have and back then things were built to last a man a lifetime with resonable care.

358 WC. I don't like the looks of a full WC, so don't use it. With all the family and friends I cast for I never get rid of a mould cause every time I have I regreted it soon after.

I have quite a few I've never used. I just couldn't pass up the deal. I may start thinning them out.
