You might try Dixie Gun Works

Bullshop probably has a mold for what you want, too. He isw a member of this board and the link ishttp://bullshop.gunloads.com/

I do not know about now, but it seems Lee once sold a RB mould, in just about any caliber, that was less that an even modest quantity of round balls of about .58 or larger caliber. Might check this out.
Hope the info helps!

Welcome aboard. First, you need to know what size you really requyire. My 20 bore shoots .600, some use .595, or someting else, depending on actual bore size. They do vary.
Lyman used to make a .600 mold, and Dixie is a good bet.
There was recently a topic, talking about a custom mold maker in England that makes any size RB mold. A friend got one for his 4 bore from him, and it is pretty nice. Delivery time was good.
A way you may like to try finding the right size, is put a patch over the bore, stick some calipers in, and open them as far as possible. This will most likely give you a good enough fit.

That is a huge conical !!! Those deer must be really tough skinned critters where you live ... I might suggest you contact a company named October Country. They make large bore muzzleloaders up to a 4 bore, and I'm sure they have experimented with large bore conicals in their guns, and they might be able to give you a lead as to who might make the kind of mould you will need.

Track of the Wolf sells them already cast in .600" and .610", IIRC.
