Now offering brass prep services. I can roll size 9mm, 40 S&W, 45 acp and 223 for $10 per K if the brass is clean. Dirty brass can be processed for $15 per K.
I can also size, swage and trim .223 for an additional $15 per K as long as it is all the same headstamp. Mixed head stamps add $10 per K for a sorting fee. they will be returned sorted. Did you say you want it primed??? I can do that for an additional $30 per K.
You pay shipping both ways.
Thanks for looking.

Looks like a good deal! I'll probably take you up on this offer.
I assume the pistol brass would be ready to load after processed threw your roll sizing process?
The 223...... roll size too? Then ready to load? If it is roll sized for $10 per K what sizing takes place in the additional sizing step of "size, swage and trim" for additional $15?
I imagine the swage is the primmer pocket. Trim is obvious. Lets say I wanted to size, swage and trim 1K of 223.... is it $15 per K or $25? Then it is ready to reload?
Rolling .223 must take care of the OD of the case and additonal sizing sets the shoulder?
Sorry for the 20 questions but I'm interested. I have a bunch of 40 and 223 I might need done.

Do you trim other calibers or just 223?

Currently setup to trim just .223. In the future I may start doing 308 and 30 06.
Roll sizing only sizes the bottom 1/4 inch and cleans up the extractor groove. This moves the glock bulge up so that the sizing die can iron it out. In 223 the bottom 1/4 inch is restored to sammi spec and also cleans up the extractor groove. This is extremely useful if your brass has been through a machine gun.
The size, swage and trim package consist of full length resizing (small base), swage the primer pocket and a run thru my Rapid trim 1200. After that I will drop them into my vibratory tumbler to polish off any bur.
So if someone wanted the "works" ie 223 roll sized and fully processed the price would be $25 per K. Breaks down like this $10 for the roll sizing and $15 for full length sizing, swaging and triming. If you send dirty brass, add $5 for a cleaning fee ( citric acid bath and trip through the tumbler).

Dadgum!, this is quite the deal for those of us with military 223 to be processed.
You serious about the pricing? Seems pretty low for that much work.

Yes sir, dead serious on pricing. Just keep in mind that the triming is done with a dillon rapid trim so its pretty much a square cut. In my experience the rapid trim does not leave burrs that the final tumble will not remove.

Do you deprime the .223 brass as part of the process?
11-30-2011, 12:57 PM
yes, size/deprime, swage the primer pocket and then trim

That is a really good price for the work involved.

I had Anthony process 5,000 rounds for me and I am pleased with the results. I have not had a chance to shoot any yet but I know the time saved was well worth the little cost he is charging. I recomend that any one doing high volume shooting without a lot of time on their hands to prep the brass consider Anthony's service.
The brass all came back sized, cleaned, trimed and ready to load. What more could you ask for.
