After trying my hand for the last 2 yrs casting,I think I finally got it!My HiMec mold casts a boolitt that my XD40 likes.No leading,failure to feed,and shoots.170 rnfp with 6grn of PP,and OAL 1.20.Soooooooooooooo far so good.:bigsmyl2:

Good news. I have never loaded for .40 S&W but reports here have me convinced that it
can be a real problem child.

Started loading .40 last summer, Found a good load that works great also, I just dont mess with it like I would with a .45 auto. Load 'em all the same.
