If you're cleaning silver you won't believe how well it works. Just like on TV.

I've used it in the past. Citric acid or phosphoric acid are better and cheaper.

As an old Chemistry teacher I prefer this: put a sheet of aluminum foil into a non metallic pan and pour in a very hot baking soda solution. Put your silver items into the pan touching the AL foil and whatever portion is immersed will be tarnish free in seconds.

I was talking about cleaning brass, too. It never occured to me that you might be talking about silver (or Sonnypie's ex-wife:smile:).
