this was my fastest, largest molding session to date. it only took about 30 seconds to cast 20 pounds of wheel weights! i hope the photos come thru. this is my first time trying to post picks. nope, they did not, lets try this.

yes, it is a 20 pound lead brick. i needed a weight to balance out my power washer after adding a handle to it.

I don't know. Not sure I would have used perfectly good Pb for a counterweight. How about a box full of nuts & bolts??. Oh well, you'll always a little more, it you need it!!! enjoy Mike

if i need to use it for it true intended purpose, i will have to melt it in the smelting pot, and go from there. but right now, i have a hundred pounds or so waiting to be cast, so it is not in immediate danger of being made into boolits. it works wonderfully as a counter weight. exactly what this machine needed for a long time.

Wood molds have been around for awhile (probably centuries), and obviously work, but only a few times and are not exact. Good pics.
