best twist for 1911?

im ordering a new barrel for my commander style 1911, im set on the storm lake but will the 1/16 twist work good for lead boolits?

1 in 16 left hand twist has successfully launched more cast boolits out of 1911s than any other.

Never even knew what the twist of my many 1911s is, they all shoot about 999 cast for
every single Jbullet that goes down the tubes. Just not an issue that ever comes up with
1911.
