For anyone interested in the LRML World Champs, here is a Blog by Ed Deckers wife, one of the team members. No scores up yet but some pictures. One of the guys on the team is a good and long time friend. My close hunting and shooting partner was on the team as well but had to drop off at the last minute due to a medical issue. Broke his heart since he dominated the matches all of this year, and a big loss to the team as well.

Boz330, is Rick Weber the one that had to drop out? I did not see him in the photos. If so, I hope he is well.

Just got a quick email from Dave Munch.

Mid Range Team came in 4th to Germany, Sweden and South Africa. Gallo did well, but Ed, Kenn and Dave shot in the high 30’s (out of 50).

Long Range starts Today- Individuals first then Team. That is if the weather lets them get the whole match in.

Scheduled to finish tomorrow by lunch time. I hope they get both the Individual and Team Long Range in. They will at least get a ‘practice’ at Long Range during the Individuals- the guys did not all get to practice on the Practice Day. The ones that did got to shoot in the rain and the remnants of Hurricane Katia that went through that day over there.

I've posted a brief report on the MLAGB web site. There's also full results, a link to a photo gallery and historical records of the championships. Go to: http://www.mlagb.com/bisley2011
