Slugging

I want to slug my 9mm .356 pistol. Are these OK to use? If not, is there another lead ball to use?

Yes, that is just fine. Lightly lube it first and gently tap in the muzzle with a plastic hammer. It should leave a ring of lead at the muzzle.
