Dump in a half bag of brown rice (14ozs), then three cans of cream of "whatever you have" soup, one must be cream of mushroom, so cream of celery, brocoli, chicken etc, for the other two, add the same amount of water (3 cans). Slice up chicken breasts, about three depending on the size. Use whatever seasonings you feel like at the time, I use garlic, season salt, tyme, crushed red pepper, and salt, I don't measure anything, just what seems right. Use the 3+- rule for the charcoal (10" DO, 7 coals under, 13 on top). Takes about an hour, its done when all the liquid is absorbed by the rice. Extremly easy, and very tasty. Other meat works fine also.
