I have SAECO numbers 071 and 073 (7mm), both are listed on SAECO's web site (Midway's site also). Has anyone seen or heard of SAECO number 072? It's similar to 073, a bit shorter in the nose, 1 lube groove but it has a crimp groove and a bit more bearing surface than 073.

072 was given to me a few months ago (isn't it nice to have friend's that give you moulds) and the story was that there were four of this bullet design made on a special order and never to be another one. If so there are three more of them out there someplace.

My next casting sesion will be with this mould to be tested in a 10" 7 TCU Contender, a 15" XP in 7 BR and a Remington 700 in 7-08.

Well, ref the 072, now we have to find where the other TWO are.

Sure does! Had it for years but never made any bullets out of it until last week. I got it used from a gunshop in Indiana. Some clown had broken off one of the screws that hold the handles on. I had to fix that but it sure makes nice bullets. I'm in the process of fitting and chambering a barrel just to shoot bullets from it now!

Cheers,
