I have one of the units and when I ordered it they didn't have a .30 cal cutter, so I was looking at it and it dawned on me the fitting used holds a 45/70 case but it is hard to size down a 45/70 to .312 or so. I had a fired 7.62x54r case in my desk and guess what it fits the fitting. So all I did was drill a hole in the end and now have a cutter for the .308/.310 boolits.

Good thinkin' on using a 7.62x54r case !

I too used that case to make a cutter for the WaxMeister. The only thing is, my case predates my having the WaxMeister, and I had cut off the base of the case so boolits could pass totally thru the casing when I was using it as a simple kake kutter. So I found a washer that fit in the fitting of the WM, and epoxied it to the back of the case/kutter, and now it works great in the WaxMeister!
