I have an M-P Mold that drops a .359 bullet 125 gr hollow point or 130 gr flat nose. I slugged my barrel from the Ruger SR 9 that I shoot these bullet out of and it measured .355. I slugged twice to confirm the measurement. I have a sizer/luber that I have a .357 sizer die for. It actually sizes to .3565. I measured several of them and get the same reading.

I read somewhere that the bullets should be sized to the same size as the barrel slugs at or 1 thousandth bigger. I am sizing them 1.5 thousandths bigger. Is that still OK?
They seem to shoot fine. It's only been a few hundred and I don't want to be damaging my gun.

Same size as bore I don't think is recommended, probably to small.
.001 over most time will be OK .0015 - .002 should be OK.
I don't thing you are going to hurt anything.

You're fine. Like gray wolf said, .001 over usually works, but some guns want .0015 or .002 over groove dia.
