The local gun shop is selling 20 lbs. for $45.00. Is this too much?

I haven't shopped for any in the last few months. But the last I bought 4mos. ago, was $1.50 per/lb. shipped. It may be bringing more now, but I would say $45.00 for 20lbs. is a bit high.
