Went to my friends house to pick up the WC820 powder and when I got there he had a box of 20-25# pure soft lead, 2# SR4759, 8#WC820, and !# sealed can of Accurate Arms XMP 5744, I ask how much and he said you will use it? yes! he said is $25 to much? I tried to give him more but to no avail $25 is what he wanted.
He was showing me some of his .22 that he has and he had a odd one a single shot auto eject Winchester M55 looked new. I ask I thought you sold that at the last gun show as it had a $150 price tag on it, no one wanted it so I brought it home he said. He then said you can have it for $125 well thought I can't go to wrong with all the stuff he basically gave me. I said that I didn't have $125 but will get it next month. He said no hurry when you get it it will be here, so I know nothing about a single shot M55, but it is interesting.

Sounds like you need to invite your friend over for a BBQ and a couple of cold ones! Those knd of friends are rare. I am sure you have done some good deeds for him to receive that kind of treatment.

Sounds like the deal I will eventually make for someone when its time for me to put down the toys. I would rather give it away and see someone else enjoy it than have perfectly good powder wind up as fertilizer.

I would rather give something away to someone who will apreciate it than sell it to someone who doesn't , or throw it out ,

I just hope the wife doesn't sell everything for what I told her I paid for it. But then I've always told her it was her widow fund.
