just a quick question.
i have never had trouble with casting undersized bullets before but a mold i bought at a gun show( used) throws them out about 0.002 too small. any easy way to increase dia.?

Search "beagling". A reversible method of applying aluminum tape to the mould halves, as needed to achieve the desired diameter.
Lapping is another method, though non-reversible.

beagling? sounds great but aluminum tape sounds difficult to obtain

Beagling works, and you can get alum tape at any hardware store--at least in this area. One roll ought to last about umpteen lifetimes for beagling.

If you can't find any, PM me your mailing info and I'll send you some. It only takes about .1" to do a mould.

Thanks to everyone, i'm hitchhiking down to the hardware store now to get a roll of aluminum tape. I will keep you posted as to how i am doing.
Using it on a big 58 cal mold that may be older than i am
