Bob,
This one is scheduled for production in April so there's plenty of time to get in. Post here "I want a 4 cavity". Look through the order list to see if there are any options that you might want/need. Swede will close the buy a couple of weeks before production and will send a PM to everyone on the order list to request funds. I hope that helps.

Does someone have a different link ? I have a Encore .223 pistol that I am interested in shooting this in. Is there a discussion about this ? I am only looking to shoot this at 50 yards and not looking for blistering speed. Would these conditions still require a GC ?

if you shoot hard metal like Linotype that works fine.Up to 50 yards anyhow. My good buddy tried the no GC thing and got to 2800 without leading in 22's but accuracy degraded badly. At 1600 it shot about 1.5" at 50.
I'd be curious how yours does.

Hello Swede Nelson,
Received a mold from you the other day; #225 62 gr FN. It is an MX-3 22 design 3cavity mold. I don't remember ordering this mold from you so I checked on the list of orders. I am listed as #35, so I checked the requests and # 35 is for a fellow named Felix. I'll keep the mold and pay you for it. I have ordered MX-3 22 a 55 gr FN, I requested a 3 cavity all gc, I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE THAT TO 4 CAVITY (2 pb and 2 gc) I did send a check for the 3 cavity 55 gr FN MX-3 22, I will send a check with the additional balance, if that is OK.
I have also ordered .311 165RF (RD) in 4 cavities (2pb and 2 gc). I have not sent a check for this mold as yet. If you could let me know What I owe you for all this I will send you a check straight away.
Thank you for your fine molds,

Being that the bullet is tapered quite a bit it may be the best for magazine loading. If seated long to engage the throat it will only be held by the rear band. It's at its best seated long to engage the throat in a bolt action. If seated deeper it will be at a diameter that is under .225 and may not have enough neck tension(at the case mouth) and may wiggle arround and not be very concentric. It is my opinion standard two diameter bullets like the SAECO 221 or RCBS 55 SP is a better option. Those are the two I have used n AR15's anyhow.

Hi!
Can anyone tell me if this design will work well in a bolt .221 Remington or are other designs possibly better. I currently have several molds lighter than 55 g.
Thanks!

I have shot it in 1-14 222's and it should also be a wonderful bullet for the 221 FB. It shoots better than the SAECO 221 and the RCBS 55 SP in my 22-250 and 222's.
