I was looking at Vihtavouri's relaoding data and came across the name "Intercast" in the 38 special data. Does anybody know if that is a commercially available bullet or if it's only availble in Europe or what?

Thanks,

Jay

pearson - I personally don't look around for commercial cast boolits, but I've never heard of Intercast. Just my experience. enjoy Mike

There are a bazillion boolit casters out there, small Mom & Pop operations in most cases,
go in and out of business like fireflies on a summer night.

Probably some European or Finnish cast boolit supplier. Makes little difference, cast is cast
pretty much as far as pressure is concerned. Some smaller effects with design, hardness
and alloy, but the main diff is that they are much diff than jacketed so you would hope to
have Pb cast data. If you have the same wt jacketed data, it will be safe with
Pb, but you will likely get higher velocity with Pb and usually can use more powder before
you hit the pressure limit than with jbullets.
