H870 Any suggestions ?

I have about 5 or 6 lbs of this stuff I must have picked up in a trade.

Does anyone have any use for this in cast loads?

I use 110grs of H 870 in my 500A Square under 600gr CB's.
Any large case will like it under cb's.

Could I use it for plinking loads in 38-55 amd 444 Marlin ? Just fill the case?

I doubt that you are going to be happy with it's performance in those cases. It shines in over bore situations. There are techniques for making it burn better, but you need to go out and buy large cased, small bore to really appreciate it.
