loading .22 brass to .223

I heard you can by a kit to change .22 RF and load and it works in AR-15 as .223 I have looked all over for it but i cant find it have any of yall heard of this or have one where did you get it?

Are you looking to swage 22 brass into bullets or are you looking for a conversion kit for shooting 22 rf in your ar.
