Anyone casting for this bullet?

Used to buy these from Vern Dual who lived in Dallas, TX and was I believe Secretary of The Cast Bullet Association back in the 1970s and 80s. They were made out of pure Linotype metal and shot really really well from .38 Super and 9mm.

I have one box of loaded 9mms left and have been thinking of buying a mould for myself...

Thanks...Bob

It is the flat tipped bullet in the middle of the row of 9mm/38 Super bullets... If you click on the picture it enlarges...

It's my current favorite in 9mm. I load it with 3.5 grains of Herco.
I used to see that bullet in the Saeco catalog and think it had to be a dog because it looked like it was all nose with hardly any bearing surface. Then I got a used two-cavity 383 mould at a good price, tried it, and it shot better than any I had tried in my HiPowers and better than most in other guns. Now I wish I had a four (or more) cavity.

Sorry for the delayed reply, but I just saw this searching for something else. Since you had no responses I thought I'd give one.
I will be shooting some 383s in an IDPA match in the morning.
