No expert here, but do not shoot the french or spanish in a carbine. The french stuff is corrosive which means taking down the gas piston and make sure its thoroughly cleaned. The norma carbine is good stuff. Had some a buddy gave me and was fairly accurate (old eyes) for me. The steel case .45 is corrosive but again clean good. Frank

Shoot the stuff. Look at the French .30 Carbine with a close eye. Some was made by Norma and it will be all right. I'd suspect anything else as being corrosive./beagle
