Friend (ex navy officer) has one, and paid MUCH more for it than I would have.
However, it's nice for what it is, functions fast and great, probably when full of sand too.
Heck of a skeet shootin' gun, and fun on jackrabbits with that hugh magazine...
Supply has dried up, hence the cost rise. I understand there was a problem between the importer and the manufacturer.
Yes, there are rumors about these being outlawed for import, but you'd also have to outlaw every other foreign sporting autloader to do that..... Logic dictates it to be hype to jack up priices when there's a shortage...

It was probably a joke. They are in the process of "reviewing" the import laws. Nothing has been done yet.

He wasn't turning away a customer, he was telling me that the one that I bought from him was worth alot more now.........................steg
