Model 70 Carbine stock

Someone I know needs one for his post 64 carbine in 270. Is it diferent that regular Models stock.

If anyone has a hot trail for a wood (wood ONLY) stock let me know where and the price.

A local dealer has one featherweight and one lightweight Win factory wooden stocks hanging on the wall. Brand new take offs. Should be a real close fit - long action model 70 push feed with floorplate (depending on barrel contour). About $75 each. The place is called 'Shooters Supply" in West Middlesex, PA. The owner is Jim Rapple. He's a real good guy.
