Lyman Lubesizer O Ring

I have a Lyman 450 that I got used and before I use it I want to replace the O ring seal on the lube pushing piece. Can I take the o ring to a hardware store like Lowe's or Home Depot and select a replacement or do I need the exact part from Lyman?

I bought a pair of replacement O-rings from a local hardware store. They were located in the plumbing department. A buck and some change and no waiting and no shipping charges.

Remember to take the old one with you.
