You can try, http://www.dunlapwoodcrafts.com/Gunstocks.php for the handguard, they'll make just about anything gun related. If they can make it, they can even match it to your forearm if you send it to them. 703-631-5147 Wayne is a pretty good guy to deal with, located in Chantilly, Va.

This guy shows repro handguard-http://homesteadfirearms.com/parts/shopcart/pid_916.htm

Might also try this guy, http://www.gun-parts.com/winchesterrifle/

For the sight you might try, S & S FIREARMS they have a lot of odd stuff, you may get lucky.

There's also a guy from York, Pa. area that specilizes in old rifle sights, I don't have any contact info on him at the moment, but will ask my brother as he deals with him more than I do, or ask Rich at www.elmira-arms.com they attend the same shows. An original, (if found) won't be cheap, and I don't know of anyone making repros of this sight.

Try Jack First as well at (605) 343-8481 or Numrich's (www.gunpartscorp.com). Jack First doesn't have a website, but if Numrich's or Jack First don't have it, you probably are gonna be searching a while. Good luck!
