I have a question.
What is the difference between "Genuine" and "LBT modified" Keith?

I would like to get into this group buy for a .454 cal 300 WFN gas checked Boolit.

4 cavity mold and nose punch.

Needing a crimp grove that is .375" from the nose for use with a Rossi 92 lever action and will also use in a Blackhawk. But my Rossi seems to preffer the nose length of a 452424

2 or 3 lube groves? Not sure which would be better.

They are only slightly different, mostly the lube groove is rounded and a slight difference in the ogive on the nose.
It is a little easier to cut a LBT Modified especially the smaller diameters.

I looked a couple of times and must have missed what material the moulds are made of?

2024 T-3 Aluminum - This alloy hardens with use heating/cooling associated with casting. I have many of these molds and they hold up and work great!

There is going to be a bit of a change in the LBT GB's and that has to do with where you send the order to and to whom you make your checks and money orders payable to.
There is a new order form and you will be sending your orders in directly to Veral. The order form contains his email address and phone number.
I am going to adjust the notification post accordingly.
Hopefully this will speed up the time between order and the time you receive your mold.

I use a Lee 6 cavity handle on my LBT's. Had to thin the thickness down a little to fit the grooves on the mold, but work perfect...and cheap. I just used a fine wheel and a light touch, but you may want to use a flat file, you don't want to grind the heck out of 'em.

I just went to the lbt site and found this;

This account has been suspended.
http://lbtmoulds.com/
suspended domain on the heading.
Does somebody know anything about this?

Go to ( Lead Bullets Technology) or just use LBT i think.

Jeff are you saying to use his standard order form? If so what do we need to do. State on the form that it is for your group buy or does it matter with the price difference?

Okay Dwight
I did a server move over the weekend and even as well planned out it is there is always a snafu or two.

Yes there is a new order form and it indicates Group Buy at the top.
The difference is all of the orders and money go directly to Veral now. I will still answer questions and post the group buys (computers are not Verals strong point) so he can spend his time in the shop making us molds. His wife Judy is handling all of the phone and shipping duties.

The reason for doing this is very simple - he wants a perpetual group buy, as the orders come in the molds get cut and sent out without having to wait for a bunch. Better for the mold maker, better and quicker for the purchaser. Less work for me, I really have more than enough to do.

I only see one order form and that's the first one with the address to F.I.G. Ent, INC. Is that the right one with checks payable to LBT?
