im looking for a super light .22 boolit, 25gr or less. anybody know if such a thing exists?

For very light weight projectiles I use air gun pellets. I also fill the hollow base with boolit lube to get some lube action going on in the barrel especially if I am trying to push them very hard.

A 22 cal round ball might work for you.

The 225107 is the lightest I know of.

For real light jobs Dans idea of a 22 pellet is probably simplest. IIRC some guys use primers to power them.

225209 is the lightest I know of and wish I could get my hands on one of the Ideal perfection molds. It goes from 18grns to 52grns.
