NOE gas check seater

Finally had a chance to use this tool last night. Nice tool but when used with a conventional press, how do you get the leverage to actually seat a tight gascheck?

How does the thing work? I've used the Lyman gas check seater a lot and with it you don't need or want a lot of pressure, just enuf' to seat the gc good and square. Then when you remove the seater and push the bullet down into the die that's what crimps the gc on tight.

Flare the tight checks with a punch made from a piece of rod first.
