Great day at the range

Cindy and I went to the nearest indoor gun range today and had a great time.:Fire:
Most of my rounds were using a Mihec 359-640 sized to .3585 with 6.2 gr. of Unique using Carnuba Red as a lube in my GP-100 (6 in.) and Cindy was shooting a LEE TL 358 148 gr. WC. with 3.0 gr. of Bullseye behind it with 45-45-10 lube in her SP-101(3 in.). I shot off 150 rds. and Cindy shot almost 100 rds. That Unique lets off some smoke, not bad but indoors you better have some ventilation. There was NO leading in the GP-100 at all. There was just a very little in two of the throats of the SP-101. Thanks guys. It's a great feeling to smelt, cast, load and shoot rounds that you made yourself and have it work out that good. Both rounds were accurate but at an inside range, they better be.:drinks::castmine:

The worst day shootin is still better than the best day workin. And making your boolits definately makes it just a little sweeter.

I think a lot of the smoke is the lube burning, rather than the powder.

So Carnuba Red smokes more than others?

Actually, Carnauba Red smokes MUCH LESS than many other lubes (much less than NRA 50/50, as an example).
