I was off work today so I got up and cast a Folgers can full of .358 RNFP with my new Lee 6 banger. Things went ok but 1/2 way through I decided to Leement the mold. I just used toothpaste and a couple of boolits and spun them in the mould. They dropped much better after that. I smelted down just under a hundered pounds of WW and then sized the boolits I cast. I then went a cleaned up the Lee 20# pot real good. What a nice Saturday. It was even above freezing today with warmer weather forcasted for the next two weeks. With two feet of snow on the ground, it will be nice to get rid of it and see if a guy can get to an outside range. As a fairly new caster, it is nice to be able to solve a problem (with the information you guys have told me) and be able to cast some good boolits.:drinks:
