Venison curry

1 lb venison roast
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce

Trim and slice venison and brown in olive oil, red wine vinegar and soy sauce. As the meat is browning, add:

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp curry powder

and continue browning until well seared.

Add meat to crock pot with a can of cream of mushroom soup, along with 1/2 cup of water and a 1/2 cup of red wine (I used cabernet sauvingnon). Cook all day in crock pot. Serve over rice or noodles.
