Care & Prep for new mould

Is there a sticky I missed on how i should clean and or prep a new mould before using it? # of preheat- cooling cycles and the like?

Go down to the Castpics icon on the bottom of the page and search "articles by members" in it you will find one titled mold maintenance. It contains good tips on care, cleaning and inspection.

IMHO - it takes about 3 to 5 casting cycles before I get really good boolits.
