This is probably the largest HP I've come across.

Have you fired any? Looks like they would seperate core/jacket easily.

It looks like they have exceded the point of no return.
Just don't look like enough meat left.

A lot like a hollow based wad cutter loaded upside down. I would think these are short range bullets as it may become unstable at ranges over 50 yds. How fast do you load them?

.357 Magnum 158g Man Stopper
The Man Stopper bullet is full caliber wide open hollow point design specifically for self defense applications. It features a modified flat base for accuracy due to the 90 degree base and superior flight characteristics. It's full caliber hollow point face begins expansion immideatly upon contact and the interior button creates tissue upset to ensure maximum energy transfer as well as prevent clogging from material. Available in .45 Auto Rim and .45 Long Colt as a 260g bullet, .44 Special and .44 Magnum as a 225g bullet, and .357 and .38 Special as a 110g, 158g, and 200g bullet. Coming soon as a 140g for the .38 S&W. See the review of our ammunition and the Man Stopper bullet in the 2011 Gun Digest.

I haven't loaded any and don't plan to. They just seemed so...different, that I wanted to share. I'd image the resulting terminal damage would be a very drastic but very shallow wound indeed, followed by potentially significant overpenetration for a "man stopper" j-word. With heavy clothing, like in a 4-layer denim test, I wonder if the petals would have already collapsed by the time it hit tissue.

On the side: NSP64, could you explain your avatar? I've looked at it months on end, and I still can't make sense of it.
