jon,
I can't help you with smokeless but 5.0 grs of Swiss FFFFG will give velocities in the 1,100 f.p.s. with a 40 gr. cast bullet (225107).

w30wcf, where is a source of dies and molds to reload the 22 LR with flat base bullets? Looked and was not happy that I found none. Them new empty primed cases ain't going to be happy!

i load .22 short and .22 bb cap and what i call .17 short

i use .22 ramset blanks #3 or #4 s
uncrimp the top take out the powder bow i can cut off the crimp and
scoop the powder with a scoop i made and put a .177 in the necked down case
or i dont the same as ^ but i cut off the neck and then add powder and
a .22 rabbit magnum pellet or a .22 round ball or #f lead shot

thay work good in my cooey modle 60

and if i cut the case shorter and put a scoop of powder in it and a .22 lead ball or #f shot the case is cut down to about the size of a bb cap case
i can get alot of these in my cooey mag tube and that work good enough to
get a crow or 2

this is all with the powder that comes in the blanks it is smokeless i only use
the powder from one lot number of blanks and dont mix it

get some bulk pack .22lr and see how much powder in in them
