A friend recently purchased it and so far it seems like a well made gun.
I note loads are wimpy or TC/Ruger with a pretty big jump in between.
I have the Lee 255 grain SWC mold and could supply boolits if there were a reasonable load(s) yielding 950-1000 fps (or a bit more) with this boolit.

None of my loading manuals are this high or low.

This would be his carry/hunting load and practice could be down in the 800s or so.

Any suggestions appreciated.

My vote would be for Herco, but then again I shoot alot of Herco in midrange 454 casull loads. Blue Dot looks good, but it can have pressure spikes in cold weather as many people have noted.
