This is all Lyman stuff any Idea what the molds are?


# 45 Lubricator and sizer
- # 848 mold blocks with handles
- # 296 mold blocks with handles
- # 50 mold blocks with handles
- # 130 mold blocks with handles
- # 169 mold blocks

The 45 lubricator is an older modle boolit luber and sizer. I've never heard of those numbers on lyman moulds so I think they have nothing to do with which mould they are. Could possibly be some real old ones but I don't think so. There should be some other numbers on those blocks. There are some other companies that number their moulds that way but not lyman. Sounds kind of like top punch numbers.

It is on a craigs list add and the stuff is pretty far away, but he shows pictures of the molds but does not show any dies.

And yes the press is older, judging by the orange color and the condition and style of the box. Most of it seems older judging from the pictures.

Could be Hensley & Gibbs Moulds, H&G #50 is a 38-148-Wadcutter. #130 is a 45-185-SWC.

Those 3 digit numbers are probably the cherry #'s, or block pairing numbers. The mould id #'s would be 5 or 6 digits.
